1. This privacy policy applies to the Shekinah Roots Ltd website at https://shekinahroots.com/ (the “Website”). We at Shekinah Roots take your privacy seriously. This policy covers the collection, processing and other use of personal data under the Data Protection Act 1998 (“DPA”) and the General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR”).

We will collect personal data on this Website only if it is directly provided to us by you the user, e.g. your e-mail address, name, home or work address and telephone number, and therefore has been provided by you with your consent. Normally you will only provide such details if you wish to sign up for our free e-newsletter or other resources, or registering for one of our workshops.
5. We also use analytical and statistical tools that monitor details of your visits to our website and the resources that you access, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data (but this data will not identify you personally).
6. We may hold and process personal data that you provide to us in accordance with the DPA and GDPR.

Refund policy
25. NO REFUND POLICY FOR REGISTRATIONS
26. Once paid, the registration fee(s) for any and all Team Building Experiences or 2:1 or Team Coaching Programmes, both online or in-person, are non-refundable.
27. By registering for the Shekinah Roots Ltd’s Team Experiences, you acknowledge that Shekinah Roots Ltd does not make any promise, representation, warranty, or guarantee whatsoever as to whether you will ultimately attain sufficient understanding, knowledge, or skill to become a thriving team that effectively communicates. Regardless of outcome, once paid, the registration fee becomes non-refundable – without any exceptions. Any right to a refund is not dependent on the levels of success after attending this team experience.
Tax information
28. No VAT is included in this sale. Please note that Shekinah Roots Ltd is not responsible for any additional taxes that may be assessed by any taxing agency on your purchase due to our processing being located in the United Kingdom.
Payment information
29. Shekinah Roots Ltd is a United Kingdom-based business with the ability to process most bank cards in many other currencies. We presently accept credit/debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express in US dollars and Pound Sterling only. The payment amount charged to your credit or debit card will be processed in the payment currency displayed on the checkout page. The amount you pay in your selected currency may be based on a currency exchange rate, which is set at the time of purchase. This amount may fluctuate based on changes in the exchange rate between your selected currency and USD/GBP. Shekinah Roots Ltd is not responsible for any changes on our website after your payment or discrepancies against rates listed by other foreign currency exchange services.
30. Cheques, Wire Payments, and Money Orders are not currently accepted. If you are unable to pay using one of the payment types available on our website, please contact our office at info@shekinahroots.com to determine whether any alternate payment arrangements may be available.
